Our Next Meeting...
will be on Wednesday, 29 July, 2009. Our host is the Lancaster Police Department. A map will be posted on the "Meetings" page to provide additional information and the opportunity to generate customized driving directions from wherever you may be coming from that day. We look forward to seeing you there.

If you are not receiving meails via our ListServer, please inform Anthony [at] NTPCA [dot] org so we can verify that your email address is in the database correctly and make any corrections as needed.
For Your Information
- We are working behind the scenes on some updates to the members' area of this site to allow for greater usefulness. Soon, in addition to maintaining an online archive of meeting minutes, we will also begin to provide online access to other documents such as meeting agendas, board resolutions, association by-laws and other governing documents, as well as any other documents that our membership is entitled to view. If you have suggestions for anything else you would like included, such as research projects, white papers, or anything else, please email Anthony [at] NTPCA [dot] org.
- If you have received a reminder email stating that your membership
has lapsed for 2009, please check the membership reports
in the Members' Area (password needed? Contact Anthony [at] NTPCA [dot] org if you do not have this),
to see if your status has been updated since
then. If you need to renew, please obtain the
proper
form by selecting "Join/Renew" from the menu
in the public section of this site. Please keep
in mind that reports are updated at random times during the month and that your application/payment may not post right away, but you should always be able to count on an accourate report being posted by 10:30 A.M. on the morning of each scheduled monthly meeting.

Most Recent Site Updates
- June 29, 2009: Home Page: Updated location for our next meeting and corrected minor typographical error on this page.
- April 24, 2009: Members area: Minutes page updated to make all available meeting minutes available. Currently, we have 2009, 2008, 2007, most of 2006 (missing August '06), and October 2005. If you have any other meeting minutes, please email them in whatever electronic format you may have them to Anthony at NTPCA [dot] org. If you have paper copies, please fax them to Anthony if you have his fax number (or email him for it if you do not). Thank you for helping make these historical records as complete as possible.
- April 10, 2009: Meetings page updated to reflect addition of Special Olympics as the sponsor for our January 2010 meeting. A 2010 schedule was added to bottom of page to provide tracking of 2010 meeting hosts and sponsors as they are signed up. If you are interested his hosting a meeting and/or know of a potential sponsor, please let us know via email to Anthony [at] NTPCA [dot] org.
